PREPARATION
Paragraph 1: Introduction: F, C = The animal in this photo is a polar bear.
Adult polar bears are 750 kilos. They can swim more than
150 kilometres.
Paragraph 2: Life and habitats: D, E, A= Polar bears live in the Arctic, Canada, Russia,
Greenland and Norway. They live and hunt on the ice.
Polar bears usually eat seals. Females have two cubs
every four or five years.
Paragraph 3: Problems: G, B= Pollution is a problem, especially oil. Humans hunt polar
bears in some areas. The Arctic ice is smaller because the
climate is changing.
